The continuing, totally true adventures of a lowly desk clerk working at a hotel where the staff and management are incapable of providing quality service to guests who may not even deserve it anyway.
We had a mandatory meeting on Friday to have employee benefits explained. Materials were passed out and I didn't get an enrollment form. My supervisor informed not to worry about it, since I wasn't eligible for it anyway.
