An employee tried to call in today. His excuse? He didn't have clean clothes. All his laundry was dirty. I told him that we were too busy and he needed to come in. He showed up... 2 1/2 hours late.
Of course, around here there's always more to the story that makes it worse. Ready? This employee is a supervisor.
