Of all the many aggravating things about the way this place does things, the schedule might be the worst. We get a one week schedule that runs from Saturday through the following Friday, and it changes every single week. I'm writing this at 12:46PM on Friday afternoon and the schedule for next week isn't done yet. That means I might be scheduled to work tomorrow at 6:00AM, or at 2:00PM, or at 10:00PM or I might be off. It means I can't make any plans for my life taking place 17 hours from now. Isn't that spectacular?
I don't know if there's some kind of law about this but there should be. This is fundamentally unfair and simply not right. Meanwhile, if the geniuses in charge are wondering why morale is in the toilet, which translates to shitty service, they could start by looking at this situation.
